Autobedrijf Gielen has been a household name in our region for over fifty years. We are a family business that has been around for three generations. My grandfather started the car company with his passion for cars, which my father and I share with him. I am the third generation now working in our wonderful family business. We have been an authorised Toyota repairer since 1969 and recently also became a Vakgarage. To make our car company future-proof, I believe it is important to respond to current trends and developments. This also applies to digitisation.

Nowadays, an online environment is indispensable for a car company. We are trying to respond to this with our own app. We had it developed by Autosociaal and we are very enthusiastic about it. We have noticed that an app has great added value for us. We have received many positive responses from customers. The app ensures that we as an organisation are always easily accessible to customers.
Many workshop appointments are repeatedly scheduled via the app. Our regular customers have fully embraced this feature. We have also heard the news that Autosociaal has developed a new app. This updated app looks even more user-friendly and personalised. We were already enthusiastic about the app, but the new app offers even more functionality. For example, we think it’s a great added value that we can now also send photos to customers via chat.
