1. What is the Application?
This Application is a product of Edlink. Edlink is the company that operates and manages theApplication. The Application serves as a connection platform between a user and a participatingcompany or organization, presented with the branding and appearance of that trusted partner.

2. Which data is processed by Edlink?
If you choose to register in the Application, your IP address, name, and email address will beprocessed. This information may be enriched with address details or other relevant dataprovided by you or the associated company. These additional data points will also be processedby Edlink.

3. For what purposes does Edlink process data?
Your name and email address are processed to provide you with information compiled by thecompany or organization you are connected to through the Application.

4. To whom does Edlink provide information?
Edlink will not share or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, unless requiredto do so by law. However, Edlink may provide (part of) your information to companies ororganizations affiliated with the Application.

Edlink also reserves the right to transfer (part of) your information in the event of a transfer ofownership of (part of) the Application, for example through a merger or acquisition. Edlink willmake reasonable efforts to inform you if your data is transferred to the acquiring company, forexample by publishing a notice in the Application or in a national newspaper.

5. What is the extent of Edlink’s responsibility?
The Application may contain links to third-party applications or websites. Edlink is notresponsible for the privacy compliance of these third parties.

Edlink implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personaldata against loss and against any form of unlawful processing.

7. What rights do you have?
You have the right to ask Edlink which of your personal data have been processed. Edlink willrespond to this request in writing within four weeks.After receiving this information, you may request Edlink to add, correct, delete, or shield yourpersonal data, specifying the changes you wish to make. Edlink will respond to such a requestwithin four weeks.

8. Can this Privacy Statement be changed?
If Edlink decides to modify its Privacy Statement, these changes will be incorporated directlyinto this document.
