At Autosociaal, we value direct communication with candidates, primarily via email, to ensure we continue working efficiently. We are looking for help finding talented professionals for technical positions such as software developers. However, we do not recruit interns or part-time employees.

We communicate via email
At Autosociaal, we prefer email to maintain our productivity. This allows us to respond when it’s most convenient for us, without being distracted from our work. While we don’t phone, we ensure you receive a quick, personal response by email.
Business Guidelines
- Candidates apply directly through our vacancy page and list your organization as a reference. We understand that trust is very important in this regard, and we do not violate this trust.
- We are only looking for assistance in recruiting technical professionals, such as software developers. Only qualified candidates will be considered. We are not looking for part-time employees or interns.
- We are only looking for candidates for permanent positions, so no freelancers, outsourcing, or secondment.
- The candidate must be proficient in both Dutch and English. In addition, the candidate must reside in the Netherlands or within the EU. If this is not the case, a TWV (work permit) is required.
- We conduct the interviews with the candidates ourselves, so you don’t have to worry about this.
- We are willing to pay a fee of €3,500 if we hire the candidate.
- If, for any reason, we notice that the collaboration between us is not satisfactory, Autosociaal reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the partnership.
