The new Edlink customer system contributes to the further development of services. The system is much clearer, faster and more accessible than its predecessor. We used the Auto Social Dashboard for this. The free-to-download Edlink administrator app is a very valuable addition to the system. For me, an app and a website must meet a number of requirements. Clear and well-organised pages, sharp photos, mobile-friendly and easy to find in Google are points that I consider very important. In particular, the chat function in the app and the automatic reminder to customers about their MOT or service contributes to a bit of personality and communication with the customer.

Our customers find it important to stay informed about the car company. But they also value being able to make appointments quickly and easily, even outside opening hours.
