We entered into a partnership with Autosociaal in mid-2018. At first, we had our doubts about working with Autosociaal, because we are not very digitally minded ourselves. Only now do we realise that having our own online environment is indispensable. At Auto Center Piet Ooms, we stand for service, flexibility and quality. We already offer this to customers in our workshop and showroom, but since we started working with Autosociaal’s solutions, we also offer it to our customers online. It is now impossible to imagine not participating in today’s digitalisation. In addition to the professional website and the new app, we also use email marketing at Autosociaal.

This enables us to approach customers with the right message at the right time. Think of an expired MOT, the winter tyre change or a message on the customer’s birthday. At Piet Ooms, we believe a personal approach to the customer is very important, and these emails help us build an even better customer relationship with our customers. To us, the customer is not just a number! We also receive a lot of positive feedback from our customers about our online environment. We are easy to find and the app and website are user-friendly. Appointments are scheduled daily via the workshop planner. In addition, it gives customers a feeling of trust that we are thinking along with them, for example by sending them an MOT reminder. All this is arranged by Autosociaal, which is really great.
Course of the collaboration
Bij Autosociaal heb ik altijd een fijn gevoel gehad. Er wordt met ons mee gedacht, maar er wordt ons niks in de schoenen geschoven. We krijgen altijd de tijd om na te denken over wat we willen en we kunnen altijd bellen voor een oprecht advies. We zouden Autosociaal aan iedereen aanraden. Alle werkzaamheden die ze voor ons uitvoeren zijn altijd tot in de puntjes geregeld. Onze online omgeving werkt perfect en hier zijn we ontzettend tevreden over!
