Quality and image are paramount at Budel car dealership, both offline and online. That is why we have entered into a partnership with Autosociaal to extend our identity to the online world. The combination of website, email marketing and app provided by a single party that also specialises in the automotive sector was the deciding factor for us. The service we offer our customers is something that sets us apart. We now do this online as well.

We have noticed that customers make extensive use of our website and app, for example to schedule a workshop appointment. This works very well in combination with our garage management system. We use Carsystems for this purpose. We also actively maintain contact with customers via chat. This is good for customer relations, but also very convenient and time-saving. We can notify customers of the status of their car by sending them a message.

Course of the collaboration

Autosociaal is an innovative and progressive company. We are extremely satisfied with the collaboration and particularly appreciated the One Day Delivery service. The entire website was put together in a single day. We are delighted with the end result and especially with the personal photography!
