We chose to partner with Autosociaal because our website was due for an update. Our old website was outdated, not user-friendly, and couldn’t be accessed on mobile devices. Customers appreciate being able to research a car dealership online. After all, they’re leaving their car with you. That’s why I believe a website should reflect the type of company you are and reflect a bit of personality. Because more and more people are browsing online, a sense of personal connection is missing. That’s why we believe it’s important that our website conveys the same feeling as when customers visit us. We want to offer customers the same customer experience both online and offline.

Furthermore, a website’s functionality is crucial. Visitors want to find the information they’re looking for quickly and easily. This also applies to our own app. We want to use it to maintain personal contact with our customers. We’ll be doing this, for example, by sending reminders, such as reminders for your vehicle inspection (MOT) or a tire change. Customers can also chat with us through the app. This is how we strive to maintain our relationship with our customers online as well.
