With a wide range of cars and a 3,000 m² showroom, Jaap de Vries is always the place to go for a reliable used car. But when it came to the digitalisation that has been taking place in recent years, we didn’t know what to do, says Jaap de Vries. We believe it is important to move with the times and have good online visibility. That is why we have entered into a partnership with Autosociaal. Through our online platforms, we have noticed that we are building better customer loyalty. We are easily accessible and can respond to customers quickly. We use the chat function in the app to stay in touch with customers. We have also noticed that many workshop appointments are being scheduled via our online platforms. Customers find this much easier than making an appointment by telephone.

We have also noticed that we are easy to find online. We offer a wide range of used cars via www.opelaanbod.nl, so there is plenty of choice. Approximately two-thirds of these are sold to customers outside Friesland. These customers found us online via our website. The appearance of our channels has improved enormously. We also receive compliments about this from our customers. Everything is very user-friendly. Last but not least, Autosociaal’s systems work well with the systems we use, such as Carsystems.
